
Our new team leader, Greg DeCristerforo, joined us May 2009. At Keller Williams a Team Leader is a Broker, but he doesn't sell real estate so he's not in competition with the agents. His job is to grow our Market Center and Grow our Agents. The training is phenomenal, Greg is a great teacher! He's not our only source, top agents from our office are teaching - sharing their secrets with us to make us all profitable. We have 24/7 access to training on the web, road trips to seminars, etc....
